Touched by the night.

Blinded by the smoke.

Trapped in a fantasy,

guided by each brush stroke.

Is it a dream? Maybe, or it could be reality.

I don’t know how to decipher truth from actuality.

What it is that I see?

All I know is,

completely engulfed in this beautiful hallucination

I trust my brush.

Here in front of my canvas is where I feel free.
